Hello all,

My oil is a little lower than i want on my e6. Im putting her in for a service soon but have a son due on tuesday so need to keep my car close to hand for a quick rush to hospital if needed.
Could anyone recommend the perfect oil and filter to use?, ill give her a quick DIY Oil and filter change just to keep her running smooth until baby arrives! So gonna need to do it asap

I swear by Silkolene Pro-S. I use 5w-40, but I don't know what weight is best for an evo.

Dont listen to him, I use Silkolene Pro R 15w-50. Fully synthetic.

Basically...The oil matters little, what matters most is how often you change it

Another Silkolene Pro S club member here, but fully agree with the above statement! (as longs as its a decent engine oil and not that which you use in your chain saw...)
